Workshops & Events

The Creative Café offers a variety of workshops in Thalwil that will provide the tools to create gorgeous hand-stamped cards, advice on innovative and creative ways to keep track of your life with a journal, encouragement to tackle that project that has been sitting in the back of your closet, or a space to relax with friends in a creative, happy atmosphere. And, you don’t need to be “creative” to take part in our workshops! We do all the hard work by providing all the ideas and materials - you can just come and enjoy!

Adult workshops

We offer a selection of adult workshops each month (see our monthly calendar here), as well as, private workshops at your request. Organize a morning or evening with a group of friends to celebrate a special occasion or just escape from the madness of your life for a few relaxing hours. We are happy to organize snacks and beverages for your private workshops at an additional cost, just ask us for more details!

For all workshops, we can take a maximum of 6 participants. Prices vary depending on type of activity.

Events & Pop Up Sales

Do you have your own business but no place to sell your products? Or maybe you have a wonderful service you can offer to other creative people but you need a place to hold an event to share what you do. We can help you do more of what you love without breaking your bank (which we know can happen very quickly here in Switzerland...)!

The Creative Café ladies can work with you to hold an event or a one day pop up sale at our shop. We have a fixed price of CHF 50 to hold an event or pop up sale and can also offer food and beverages for an additional cost.

Children workshops

Are you looking for something out of the ordinary for your child’s birthday party? Look no further! The Creative Café provides one-of-a-kind parties for children ages 10 and up, allowing the children to channel their creativity into unique and useful items. Maximum participants for all workshops are 8 children.

All workshops take approximately 1.5 hours and range from CHF 20 - CHF 25 depending on theme. 

Cakes, beverages and snacks are available at additional cost. Additionally, we can create unique goody bags that we guarantee will be a hit with the kids!
